VBS/Music Camp

We are plannin' a whole lot of fun for the week of July 20.Mark your calendars! You won't want to miss this week - three year olds -fifth graders and of course all you moms and dads who want to be a part of this! Watch for registration to come via US Postal Serice in March and plan on checkin' things out in the lobby on Sunday, March 15.

Pumpkin Pie Crunch
I promised people who were at the parenting seminar that I would post this recipe for them. Thanks, Denise for reminding me! I totally forgot!!
1 can pumpkin puree (not pie filling) 100% pumpkin
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 1/3 cup eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package yellow cake mix
1 1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 cup butter
Mix first 6 ingredients together. Pour into 9x 13 greased pan.
Sprinkle 1 package yellow cake mix evenly on top. Sprinkle 1 1/4 cup chopped pecans over cake mix. Drizzle 1 cup melted butter moistening dry mix as much as possible.
Bake 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
Cool one hour before serving.
Serve with cool whip.
